Update gFex HT/ST histogram titles, add gFex Ex/Ey log plots

  • Change the names of gFex HT/ST histograms that were previously identical to scalar gFex to reflect HT or ST properly.
  • Add new histograms to monitor gFex Ex/Ey as well as gFex HT/ST Ex/Ey.
