Update JwoJ algorithm to consider only positive gTowers for SumEt

This MR is meant to fix a bug in the SumEt distribution. All the available gTowers were considered in the SumEt evaluation, regardless of the sign of the gTower energy, but the SumEt quantity is expected to be positive. The code has been updated in order to include only positive towers in the calculation of SumEt.
