change of MM passivation tag

Constantin Heidegger requested to merge cheidegg/athena:nswPassivUpd into master

Since tag currently hard-coded in athena config, this MR is necessary to move to the new tag inserted today. Explicit mention of the tag name to be removed in the future once folder included in global tag.
