L1Topo Phase1 BW Simulation Fix

The fix for phase1 L1Topo BW simulation contains,

  • L1TopoDataTypes float returns for negative numbers.
  • Encreasing Et bits for exclusive jets componenets
  • Adding a flag to run BW simulation
