Component accumulator in DAODs - part 7: MET association

This MR implements MET association in the common physics augmentations used by PHYS(LITE) and the other formats, in the component accumulator version of the framework. It involved very little extra code since the relevant config fragments were already migrated to the CA.

Being only applicable to the CA version of the derivation framework, which isn't yet in use, this MR has no impact on any ongoing production.
