Includes CA setup for digitization of AFP. Switched off by default (i.e. ConfigFlags.Detector.EnableAFP=False) and has to be turned on manually. Note that most (all?) hits file currently don't contain AFP hits.
Also includes couple of tweaks in AFP_PileUpTool.
