TrigT1MuctpiPhase1: remove unused old-style configurable classes

Most of the old-style Muctpi configuration is no longer used. Delete those unused classes. Only remaining one is L1MuctpiPhase1_on_Data, which is currently still used in the CTP monitoring (but likely also obsolete very soon).
