Set menu for LRT TIDA jobs to Dev_pp_run3_v1 ATR-25582

Following !53279 (merged) the fslrt chains are disabled in Dev_pp_run3_v1_BulkMCProd which is the menu used by default for the ART job. This is solved by setting the menu to Dev_pp_run3_v1 in the preinclude for the LRT test
