Draft: Missing Muon collections from ESD/AOD, and other CA configuration fixes

This is an attempt to add some of the missing Muon collections in CA. It should ONLY affect CA, i.e. not alter old configuration.

This adds:

  • Staus
  • ExtrapolatedStauTrackParticles
  • CombinedStauTrackParticles
  • SlowMuons
  • NCB_MuonSegments

Tested with unit tests, and also with running q442 --CA

Will rely on auto-sweep to master
