This is an attempt to add some of the missing Muon collections in CA. It should ONLY affect CA, i.e. not alter old configuration. (This replaces !53682 (closed))
This adds:
- Staus
- ExtrapolatedStauTrackParticles
- CombinedStauTrackParticles
- SlowMuons
- NCB_MuonSegments
Tested with unit tests, and also with running q442 --CA
Will rely on auto-sweep to master
