Update Run 3 data and MC test definitions

Merged Tadej Novak requested to merge tadej/athena:comparison into 22.0

Update Run 3 digests. Also move simulation CI tests from AthSimulation to Athena (FYI @jchapman).

For @abarton and @elmsheus: this MR should NOT be swept to master as I'll prepare an equivalent soon.
