Remove TRTNN (eprobabilityNN) for GSF (chains) for both Online and Offline

Remove TRT NN for GSF eprobabilityNN Online/Offline.

I do not touch "general" tracking but the specific algorithm that refits and calculates these for the refitted track particles.
