Add Run 3 MC ESD/AOD comparison

Add Run 3 ESD/AOD comparison, starting with MC (q445). Exclusion lists are part of the release.

@elmsheus: when sweeping to master, --no-output-checks should ideally be removed or the comparison will also run there.
