Draft: Update on the R22 online calibration for HLT jets

This MR depends and comes with the calibration-files requested to be added to the CalibArea here.

This corresponds to the derived online calibration to be applied to HLT_AntiKt4EMPFlow jets for R22 (WIP Twiki)
