Adding jEM EDM container in jFEX BS decoder

Merged Sergi Rodriguez Bosca requested to merge serodrig/athena:add_jEM into 22.0

This MR is meant to include in the jFEX BS decoders the jFEX forward electron EDM. This will be used to store from date the fwdEM TOB/RoIs.

Comments will be needed in the future when data from P1 are ready
