More CA config fixes for Muons

Edward Moyse requested to merge emoyse/athena:r22-muoncombinedconfig-more-ca-fixes into 22.0

This contains some fixes for different namings (to make it easier to compare with old-style) but also an important change for the TrackSummaryTool which reduces a lot of WARNINGs from the CA-config.

Tested wwith q443 with/without --CA and by comparing per-event dumps of logfiles in both cases. Also ctests for all affected packages.
