TrfTestsART: Add HIST outputs and a comparison of CA vs. RecExCommon

Adding HIST output in the Run2 RAWtoALL data test test_trf_q442_r2a_ca_mt_compare.sh for ComponentAccumulator and RecExCommon and add a HIST output comparison step at the end.
