Removes HLTNav_Summary_OnlineSlimmed from ESD and AODFULL.
Should not affect MC21a (as this is AODSLIM)
Will affect T0 outputs of reconstructing data22, but not T0 monitoring (which runs from RAW and hence accesses HLTNav_Summary_OnlineSlimmed transiently). The original data are always recoverable from the bytestream.
Might have some effect on sampleA T0-style monitoring from AOD (though it should not)
