Add a z-beamline limit to the minbias reference tracks for the minbias analysis

The min bias chains implement a cut on the z position during the reconstruction of the trigger tracks

Therefore we need to apply a corresponding selection on the offline reference, otherwise this intended reconstruction cut will show up as an inefficiency
