As discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-7093. This MR will fix the current ART tests in InDetPhysValMonitoring. I have disabled the G4 version check, restored the run/data numbers, and enabled the doJetMissingETTag. Ping @nstyles , @sroe , @goetz , @vcairo , @gfacini .
