CI: Updating Run3 data collisions test to use newer input + enabling diff-root comparison

This MR update the Run3 data collisions test:

  • using new input (stable beams 900 GeV collisions from June)
  • not using the DQ preExec flags which were needed for the previous test (using pilot beam run)
  • enabling diff-root output comparison

Currently waiting until the AOD and ESD outputs are copied to /eos/atlas/atlascerngroupdisk/data-art/grid-input/WorkflowReferences/22.0/q449/v1/ Need to wait until ~18:00 for the cron job to synchronize with cvmfs. Then this MR can be tested

After merging, the AMI tag q449 should be updated: need to update the input file (currently specified in Athena.cmake)
