TrigInDetValidation : fix to use current nightly for offline release

Because of instabilities in the master branch, the TrigInDetValidation ART tests used the last stable release for the offline reference. That old release no longer works with the 22.0 branch. Since 22.0 should be more stable, we revert to the earlier behaviour and use the current nightly for the offline. This changes the default setting which was forgotten in !54138 (merged).

Fixes ATR-25685.

Flagged sweep:ignore, since this should not be swept into master.
