TrigInDetValidation: use current nightly for offline release

Because of instabilities in the master branch, the TrigInDetValidation ART tests used the last stable release for the offline reference. Unfortunately 23.0.0 doesn't work with the latest updates to master. Until we get a compatible stable release (23.0.1?), we'll go back to using the current nightly for the offline.

Fixes ATR-25685 - again. Identical to !54138 (merged) + !54165 (merged) in 22.0, but in master we only want to do this temporarily.

Flagged sweep:ignore, just to be sure that this is only applied to master.

@adye, FYI, Athena 23.0.1 has just been built from yesterdays nightly (r15).

@fwinkl, thanks for the heads-up! We should now be able to revert this MR, but there is no urgency. We can discuss in the ID Trigger meeting next week.
