PFO bug fix june2022

Lee Sawyer requested to merge sawyer/athena:Sawyer_PFOBugFix_June2022 into master
  1. Fixed title to PFO mass plots (were labelled "energy")
  2. Changed filling to GeV instead MeV to match other systems
  3. Minor fixes (dam_algorithm adjustment for 2-D histograms)
