Draft: Add explicit configuration of TrackSelectionTool for InDet derivation CA config

Solves the issue encountered when running Derivation with CA config, where no track was passing the InDetTrackSelectionTool

Need to wait for !54297 (merged) to be swept into master, keeping as Draft until then
