Updating j45_boffperf chain in configs in-line with menu update

HLT_j45_0eta290_020jvt_pf_ftf_boffperf_L1J20 was updated to HLT_j45_0eta290_020jvt_boffperf_pf_ftf_L1J20 in the menu, here I change the configurations for the nightly art tests to reflect this.
