Fix the bug reported in ATLASRECTS-7110.

Simple bug fix. When other client access the empty condition, the code crash. So, fill the finite value.

So far, this fix is necessary, because the calibration is different between IBL and PIXEL. Unless IBL use old calibration, this finite value is filled.
