Fixing LAr coverage and online plots

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LArCoverage_22.0 into 22.0

This should fix the problem with LArCoverage plots, where the bins in output histograms were not properly cleared in post-processing (Clear method is not working apparently). At the same time the configuration for P1 online monitoring is improved for the LArRawChannel monitoring plots.
