We're updating the electron ID after it has been re-optimised in rel 22, see ATLASEG-235.
WIP since we're still waiting for the config files to be copied to the group area, see ATLINFR-4599. --> these have been copied and I removed WIP
The MR also updates the ID used in derivation production.
