fixing medium wp, calotagmuons selection and adding some expert options for the MuonSelectionTool

This MR changes the MuonSelectionTool:

  • changes the eta cut for the NSW region for the medium WP to 1.3
  • reimplementing quality cuts on calotag muons, and sets the CaloMuonScore as default ones
  • implementing the 4 existing WPs for Caloscore documented in CERN-THESIS-2021-290
  • adding the expert property ForceGeometry which allows for using run3 cuts on run2 sample and vice-versa for expert studies
