AnalysisTop R22 migration. Electron trigger efficiency SF config ANALYSISTO-1228

  • Removal of electronForceTrigger option
  • Implementation of ElectronTriggerEfficiencyConfig option
  • Empty default for trigger_string in EgammaCPTools
  • User required to configure new option in config otherwise code throws an error
