Adding new jet shifter monitoring histograms, namely jet trigger turn-on curves and more plots for chains in the shifter monGroup, on behalf of @ayana. Tested in web display and looks ok (https://atlasdqm.cern.ch/webdisplay/test/787/express_express/run_360026/run/).
