Cleaning TrigCaloRecConfig

some cleanup in the TrigCaloRecConfig.py, aiming at a possible complete CA migration soon. For the moment removing many unused classes (checked with lxr) and simplifying a bit the configuration of others by using the CaloDependencies already defined.
