TrigAnalysisTest: fix test_trigAna_BStoESDAOD_run1_build

Hello,

This MR is "fixing" a trigger ART test that has been crashing for months, because of multiple monitoring issues (ATR-25297). The Run-1 input and the workflow no longer maintained makes it painful to fix the various monitoring crashes: after fixing 4 successive crashes, I gave up and decided to switch off the problematic monitoring codes. Side note: it would be nice to have a single flag to switch off all muon monitoring codes at once.
