Bugfix in electron precision recommendations for low eT
We've found an issue in the electron ID precision recommendations. The MR implements a fix and affects electrons with eT<20 GeV.
The issue is discussed here. Files have been updated in ATLINFR-4618.
This will be announced to the collaboration by the e/y conveners, shortly.
