AthDerivation Updates, master branch (2022.07.08.)

This is a replacement for !54460 (closed), with some additional tweaks for the LAr and Muon code. For some more documentation/discussion about the changes, see that MR.

Using these updates, and also the ones from !54954 (merged), I am able to run the test_data18PHYS.sh and test_mc20PHYS.sh tests on top of AthDerivation finally!
