Initial CI artifacts copying prototype (ATLINFR-4564):

  • integrated into workflow tests
  • only when running in CI, otherwise finishes gracefully
  • should not interrupt a job if anything fails

Still needed: I think hash is not exposed to the test runner yet, but we could enable it with a caveat that multiple commits would overwrite eachother for now.

Breaking overlay to test for now.
