AODMerge_Skeleton.py: Set AthenaEventLoopMgr.EventPrintoutInterval = 100

Set the EventPrintoutInterval to 100 in the CA-based config of AOD-Merge (as it is done by the RecExCommon-based merging job).

This means lines like

AthenaEventLoopMgr                                   INFO   ===>>>  start processing event #1183722158, run #330470 0 events processed so far  <<<===

are printed only once every 100 events.
