Adding EventInfo back into TRUTH3 Derivation

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:TruthDerivEventInfo into master

As reported in ATLMCPROD-9590, somehow along the way to master the TRUTH3 derivations lost the new xAOD::EventInfo objects. Those are needed. This MR adds them back in.
