Remove usage of obsolete 100000 barcode offset
All truth barcodes allocated by Geant4 are 200001 and above. The offset of 100000 is obsolete, so it has been replaced by 200000 and (where possible) been made configurable.
Not expected to change any output, as it is rare that we create more than 100k particles in the Generator (except for Heavy Ion events).
