In the analysis of the first data from the NSW it was discovered that the timing is not as expected. There this MR introduces two changes. The first one is a bugfix . It substracts the peaking time from the calibrated time which was not done before, leading to an offset of 200ns. The second fix reduces the latency by one BC. This number is still subject to more detailed studies once more statistics becomes available and is therefore expected to change again later.
This MR will not change the output of the MC.
