Change directory paths for hist files in LArQuickHistMerge

Ellis Kay requested to merge lar-quickhistmerge-changes into master

Updated LArCalorimeter/LArCafJobs/src/LArQuickHistMerge.cxx in order to reflect changes to the layout of hist files which it reads.

Also added a small bug fix for DataQuality/DataQualityUtils/scripts/hotSpotInHIST.py

Both of these pieces of code are used extensively in the LAr DQ assessment.
