Fix LArLATOMEMapping

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge AtlasLArCalibration/athena:fix_latomeMapping_master into master

This MR should fix the issue with mapping for LATOME used at EMF, when number of possible LATOME identifiers is bigger then max. number of LATOMES present at P1, which was not assume d in original implementation. Changes are for LAr Digital trigger, which is not yet used in standard workflows.
