Big memory increase: Splitting CondInputLoader folders for l1calo (ATR-25870)

Hi, This MR is for solving the following Jira Ticket: ATR-25870 I separated the folder conditions we are loading for calibration and monitoring runs. Now, It can be chosen Physics, Calib1 or Calib2, or the three options if you don't know the nature of your data. I also adapted the jobOptions which use this function.
