Enhancements to InDetSecVertexValidation

This MR enhances the functionalities in InDetSecVertexValidation. The main changes are -

  • Adds an easy way to look at SecondaryVertices with an alternative container name by passing a property.
  • Added some checks which look for the availability of decorations and not just the validity.
  • Added a check for bad status particles which essentially looks like a 1 track vertex.
  • Made the job option file more versatile so that the user can add more options from command line.
