Update to fix all_ttbar_newtier0_pu40 job

Merged Harry Simpson requested to merge hsimpson/athena:allttbar_T0_ART_job_fix into 22.0

The all_ttbar_newtier0_pu40 nightly ART test produced empty plots due to a recent change in the directory naming structure. This MR updates the job file to fix this issue.
