trigEGam: Include reference for Webdisplays - HLT EGamma Hanconfig
This MR is to include references in the hanconfig file for HLT egamma signature. A dedicated reference for HLT Egamma was provided using the reprocessing ATR-25952, that contain some fix for our signature .
