Fix FastCaloSim FCSNtup transfrom

This MR fixes the FCSNtup transfrom for FastCaloSim which was broken since !49938 (merged). Also adds std::vector<std::vector<Long64_t>>+ to the linkDef which is required to writing out the ClusterID branch.
