Politely tell JetFitterNN to go away
It's hard to remove this guy.
But I don't think we need it anywhere any more: it hasn't been updated in around 10 years, and hasn't gone into a recommended tagger since run 1.
Tagging @rjoshi who was having issues with this package, and @thuffman and @duperrin. Also tagging @bdong and @ywng from physics validation: I think we had this thing running because the ftag physics validation team wanted it, but it's not particularly useful when we have the more important JetFitter outputs (e.g. energy fraction, mass, etc).
