This is a quick bug fix for the case of expanding the number of H (HypoAlgo) nodes which were missing the proper assignement of the active (passed) status therefore incorrectly connected within the navigation graph. In addition, the creation of L1 and SF nodes shifted to the end of the process of graph creation, hence the final and correct number of H nodes.
